If your pet needs more than one thing done, you can opt to have them all done at the same time — that lowers expense as well as the anesthesia risk. If you're not sure what your pet needs, give us a call and we'll talk it through.

Before the procedure

If you would like a printable copy of our anesthesia permission form to fill out and bring in at the time of your appointment, you can request one here. If you do not bring one in then you will be asked to fill one out at our office.
